Author's writings reach down under! The author was informed that his article entitled, "AN OPEN LETTER TO FOSTER CHILDREN" had been chosen to be the editorial in the FOSTER CARE NETWORKER newsletter for the Dec 2004/Jan 2005 issue. Also his article entitled, "TRIBUTE TO FOSTER PARENTS" is reprinted in their March/April 2005 issue. This on line newsletter is available to all agencies, organizations and caregivers providing foster care services throughout the country of NEW ZEALAND! The editor of the newsletter has also requested permission to reprint one other article by the author in future editions of this newsletter.
